Yes, that's supposed to be St. Joseph, the husband of Mary. Those who live with this artwork name it St. Joseph of the Antlers. I called it St. Joseph of the Open Mind, a Cautionary Tale.
My first thought when I saw that statue:

Where I live there is a lovely group of middle aged men called Men of the Trees, or more often Men in the Trees. They plant trees and give out seedlings. I think I have found their patron saint.
