Look! Up in the sky!
These saints look rather surprised to see the Jesus--isn't that what one does in heaven?
Mattia Preti (1613-1699), Christ in Glory with Saints
There's St. Francis on the left, St. Jerome in the middle (with cherubs to hold his skull and galero), and St. Mary Magdalene (maybe?) on the right, with some Desert Fathers and monks, bishops, holy women and lots and lots of angels. And naturally, all their attention is on the Lord, soaring above them in his youthful glorified body (and knocking that poor little angel out of the way.)
Fortunately, nobody gets a sore neck in heaven.
