I know.  I'm just testing your patience, papa!

Saint Joseph, patron of many causes, including the Universal Church and families,  was the foster-father of Jesus.  Guardian and husband of the Blessed Virgin Mary, he is seen as the role model for husbands and fathers.  While little is known about his life and death outside of the few Biblical references, we can learn from these few stories that Joseph was a man of great faith.  He trusted God implicitly and was willing to do His will immediately.  He was visited multiple times by angels, who gave St. Joseph instructions and messages from the Lord.
