This image of St. Dominic, St. Sebastian, and some bishop whom I cannot identify was painted by Giovanni Bellini in 1487. St. Dominic seems remarkably unconcerned with St. Sebastian's condition, but, then again, St. Sebastian doesn't seem overly concerned about his condition either.
Perhaps he is looking in the "Worst Case Scenario" book to see how to remove arrows!

I have a couple holy cards of St. Augustine of Hippo, both of which have him wearing a stole just like the one in that picture (having portraits of other saints all over it), so that may be him standing behind the others.
