Saint Senan was a 6th century Irish bishop who travelled throughout Ireland and England. Legend has it that angels carried him to Scattery Island to slay a fierce monster. He founded a monestery on Scattery Island.
This image reminds me of that old twighlight zone episode where the airline passenger witnesses a gruesome imp outside of the aircraft on the wing, damaging the plane. As Christians, we know we do not travel alone but our guardian angels are always with us to guide and protect us.
